What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, business email, company and role; the service you are interested in, the submission date, sector and contract model of your tender; your message; whether you would like an NDA first; and your consent. We ask you not to send confidential figures or documents through the form.
Like any website, the server also records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) in its logs, for security and to keep the site running.
03
Why, and on what legal basis
Replying to your request and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Following up our business relationship and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
Meeting legal obligations, such as keeping commercial and accounting records (art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your data for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and we never sell it.
04
How long we keep it
A request that does not lead to an engagement: deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange.
A request that leads to an engagement: kept for the duration of the engagement, then for the periods set by French law (five years for commercial records, ten years for accounting documents).
