Do you write bids?
No. We challenge them. Your team keeps the pen; we bring an independent, senior read.
Do you sign an NDA before we share anything?
Yes. A pre-drafted one-page mutual NDA can be signed before any document is exchanged.
Can we send redacted documents?
Yes. Redacted cost models or public specifications are usually enough for a first read.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. No installation, no network integration, no system access. Documents are exchanged in a controlled cloud environment.
We submit in two weeks. Is it too late?
Not for a Red-Team Audit or a focused diagnostic. Say so in your request and we will tell you honestly what is still useful.
