In short: we do not write your bid, we challenge it. Bid teams produce strong offers; what they rarely get is an outside read before the board commits, from someone with no stake in the tender who says plainly whether to go, reposition or walk away. The client keeps the pen. We state what to change, and why.
Why an independent read, and not more hands
Adding writers or estimators to a bid team adds capacity. It does not add distance. The value of an independent review is that it has nothing to defend: not the estimate, not the technical solution, not the decision already taken to bid. That is what lets it ask the questions the team cannot ask itself in the last weeks before submission.
Six working principles, on every mission
- Senior-led. The person who scopes the mission delivers it. No junior teams, no hand-offs.
- Mutual NDA first. Signed before any document moves. Redacted files are fine.
- Zero IT. No access to your systems is needed.
- Independent. We sell no design, equipment or construction, and advise no other bidder on your tender.
- No client names. Code names only, in every document.
- Fixed scope. Confirmed in writing before work starts.
What the client gets
A written read of the tender at the gate where it matters, a clear position (go, reposition or walk away) and the specific changes that would improve the offer, each with its reason. The bid team decides what to keep. Nothing is rewritten behind its back.
